Struggling with poor customer support at the moment.
Hi,
I’m sorry that you came to this conclusion. From what I know, the problem you’ve been facing was related to a conflict between a plugin which comes from your hosting and our Pixelgrade Care plugin. All you need to do is disabling the first one until our plugin finishes the installation process, then you can activate the other plugin back and everything should be fine.

Very difficult to use. No video tutorial . Extremely difficult to use

I’m really sorry to hear that you find it difficult to use. Not sure, though, if you know about the theme’s documentation, where you can find plenty of information, some videos included, too — https://pixelgrade.com/docs/listable/. Is there something specific that you’re trying to accomplish and it’s not working? I would be more than happy to help. If you still have Listable theme active, just use the Theme Help button from your WordPress Dashboard to open a support ticket and I, personally, will take care of it.

When we were looking for a functional and modern WordPress theme for our next project Listable was the wider choice, but eventually, people from Pixelgrade have proven how professional they are in solving all our requirements. The more we use this product, the more we are proud of our decision. Two things we like most about this Theme, namely: 1 – Support 2 – Updates. We’ve been using Listable for a couple of years and are very happy with it. We don’t have any background in websites/coding/programming/etc and this is the first time any of us have used WP, so we can’t comment on code quality or how customisable it is relative to other themes or anything like that. But we’ve done quite a bit of customisation to get everything how we want it and have over 30 plugins, and it generally all holds together without any issues. When things do go wrong and Google doesn’t provide an easy answer we have to ask for help, and at those times the people behind Listable have always been easy to deal with. Definitely happy to continue using the theme and to recommend to others.

The customer support is outstanding. Fast and helpful. I always got a valid solution every time when I raised a question or issue. The product itself fulfills high standards and quality.
But let’s talk about a topic that is necessary – you may agree. So, since my product relies completely on your design and since products need improvements with time, I expect that you improve your design with new ideas and better UX. This way, you help me to stay competitive on the market and there would be no reason to change to another theme.
Just as few examples of improvements:
– A new widget for the frontend displaying listings near my location? Let it based on your own implementation and facetWP
– A new widget for the frontend displaying popular listings? You have already a rating system in place.
– What about a frontend dashboard which merges Listing and WooCommerce management? You know, from UX point of view, we let users 1) go to backend and 2) create a listing, create a product and finally connecting them. Catastrophe. If bringing WooCommerce to frontend is a overkill then at least support Dokan and find a good design way for listing creation.
– Have always a look how you can increase the UI-elements in regard to their presentation, animation etc.
– Other authors started to provide even mobile apps.
You know, this kind of evolution pushes my own product to new horizons. You have a smart, creative and kind team to make it possible for us as customers. I choosed you and I want to rely on you for many many years.
