We offer refunds to any unsatisfied customer up to 30 days after the date the initial purchase was made, no questions asked. If you would like your money back, simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order details. Please note that it may take some time to receive the funds back, due to processing delays. We do not offer refunds for renewals, only for the initial purchase.
This site uses as a payment processor the services of Braintree, a division of PayPal, Inc. All payment details are safely saved by Braintree, not us.
Braintree accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. They also provide fraud protection services and PCI compliance to ensure your data is as safe as possible.
For EU VAT compliance and detection we use the services of Taxamo.
Our prices are VAT inclusive and we use universal pricing, meaning you will always pay the advertised price, not more, not less.
#Product Support and Updates
Each purchase (license) grants you access to Pixelgrade’s support service, which covers help with setting up your product and direction on how to use the product as advertised. Pixelgrade’s support service does not cover help with theme or plugin customization beyond the advertised features. Also each purchase (license) grants you access to product updates meant to keep it secure and working with the latest developments of the platforms it is based on (i.e. WordPress).
This support service and access to product updates are valid for one year from the date of your purchase. You can extend this period by a further year by renewing your license at a 50% discount starting 60 days before your license expiry date. We’ll send you a reminder when it’s time to renew. If your license has expired and you wish to enjoy support and updates, you will need to renew it at the full advertised price of the product.
Some of our themes include fonts from Typekit®, a subscription service which allows you to use professionally designed fonts on your website. When you activate your license on a Typekit®-enabled theme, you activate 1 year access to the font(s) we’ve included in your theme. Typekit® themes do not grant you access to the entire Typekit® library, just the font(s) we’ve chosen for each theme.
Because Typekit® is a recurring subscription for us to provide, these themes will require yearly renewal, subject to the same conditions as the renew mentioned above (regarding support and updates). So when renewing a theme license with Typekit® fonts included, this will also mean a further year of support and updates. In the case you do not renew your license, your theme fonts will use fallback free fonts.
