The only advantage that the Theme has it’s his design
At first the Theme looks very nice and you will say this is the one I need
but after you will but it (and it’s an expensive theme compere to the others)
If you want it to work as the demo site works, you will need to spend around 300 $ even more on third party plugins, the Theme doesn’t include any plugins as most of the directory themes
It’s a big misleading
After you will spend your money on the plugins, then you need to be almost a genius to understand how to activate them and make each one of them works in the theme.
The support will send you to the plugin company and the plugin company to the Theme
I have lots of websites, and experience with Theme and building websites, I never saw such a complicated and expensive theme.
You will see I’m correct in the first hour when you will try to make it work as the demo site working.

All the free and premium plugins are mentioned both in the presentation page and the documentation.
Listable is at the most part, a plugin-based theme (as all the themes should be — best practice) in terms of functionality.
By compartmentalizing as much as possible, you are creating fewer headaches for yourself in the future. If you don’t need a certain aspect in your website the next time you update simply deactivate it. If you install a new theme, your Google Analytics code will still be output since it wasn’t tied directly to the theme. If a payment gateway is no longer a viable option for you simply deactivate it and install a new one. None of these would be nearly as simple if you had every aspect of your site based around and linked to your theme.
We’re truly sorry to see that this misunderstanding led to a 1* rating for Listable.

Listable has been a great template – with some minor tweaks, I have turned the out of the box template into something that works well for me. I have also added the additional plug-ins suggested by the Listable crew which have super charged the template.
The support is great and would thoroughly recommend getting on their community area where a lot of questions have been asked and answered.

The listing pages are beautiful, which is why I chose this theme. But every other aspect of customizing the theme is a nightmare. Every time I work on customizing it, I yell, out loud, “WHY IS THIS SO HARD FOR YOU!?” Simple things to edit in other themes take 10x as long because it’s so unintuitive. Too late to change the theme now that I’m neck deep in it. And when you go online to find solutions to the problems, a lot of them have been issues for months and they haven’t been updated by the designers. Huge disappointment for how much I paid for it.

I really do love this theme, the coding and design is great – but I have to give it two stars for now because on the internal support forum there are so many huge issues that haven’t even been responded to for over a year.
For example many people have issues with the map not working on mobile, and they won’t provide very simple things like a blog template with a sidebar option. When they do help, it isn’t extremely friendly – they will respond with things like “my bad”. Makes me reconsider the quality of the theme.
Once this customer support issue is figured out, and major issues resolves, I will absolutely increase my rating because the themes design and coding is nice.

We’re striving to offer a fast and reliable support (as you can see from the number of 5-stars ratings based on Customer Support). I agree that there might be times when we may not be on the same line as we’re often asked to offer support for functionalities that are not provided by the theme itself. Many times we’re going the extra mile and provide guidance to those situations, but we’re not able to tackle them all.
