Feature availability

I have purchased this theme about 1 year ago, when looking for both an directory and an events theme. In that time the publisher have announced that they were about to lunch the events area. That never happened, there is a thread on their support forum with about a hundred post asking for this. Back to the theme, it is too complex to edit and setup. You have to spent a lot on plugins to have it working like the demo. And spent too much time tuning the theme. I really don’t know about a good directory them, but I am sure this is not the case.

Thanks for taking your time to express your grievances on how Listable doesn’t meet up with your expectations. I’m really sorry to hear that, but please let me shed some light on this. In the past, we intended to integrate an event plugin in our theme but when we found that WP Job Manager plugin’s authors are planning to launch a dedicated plugin for events, we considered it might be better to wait for that one because of its better integration with the theme’s functionalities. Unfortunately, that plugin has not been released yet but the good news is that there are some good alternatives and one of them, used by some clients already is EventON plugin.

As for setting up the theme, we strived to make it user-friendly and also we created a rich Knowledge Base covering most of the general needs. However, it’s good to know that, if further assistance is needed, we’re just an email away, all you have to do if you need a helping hand is opening a ticket.

Concerning the premium plugins – for the core functionalities of Listable theme you don’t need any of them, but, depending on needs, you can get only the ones you really wish to use. All the premium plugins used throughout the Demo are listed on Premium Plugins To Extend the Theme Functionality article. Also, a stock installation without any premium plugins can be seen on Listable Stock.

  • What will I need to use this theme?

    You will need your own domain and a web hosting with the current WordPress version installed. To make things easier for you, we recommend the Flywheel hosting company.

  • Can I customize the themes?

    Yes, all of our themes are licensed under GPL (like Word­Press itself), so you can cus­tomize them with no restric­tions. Feel free to adapt it to your own writing or business needs!

  • Do I need to purchase any plugins?

    This theme does not need premium plugins to configure it as showcased in the demo. Some plugins might require premium licenses for advanced features but that’s not a requirement.

  • Does this theme use a page builder?

    You should be able to run any page builder of your choice (Elementor, Divi, Visual Composer or others) with no problem. All this said we didn't use one when creating this theme.

  • Can I use the themes for client work?

    If it’s just one client, sure. If you’re a freelancer or a small agency that wants to create multiple websites for clients, you can pick the Themes Bundle plan and have unlimited access to all of our themes to build as many websites that you want.

  • What is your refund policy?
