I bought the theme because of its appealing design and features. I have found the customer support to be outstanding and the ability to customize the theme to my needs to be very flexible.
While it’s obvious the theme is designed to help you build listings and a robust directory, I wish more SEO customization can be made to blog posts, too.

1- I bought this theme for the beautiful and simple design.
2- Too many paid plugins to get to the demo.
3- Excellent support but expensive. There are other themes less expensive that include many of the plugins needed.

One single thing I would like to mention — on our demo site, we used both paid and free plugins, to show what can be achieved with the Listable theme and what are the possibilities. Depending on your needs, you might not want to use all those plugins. Very stylish looking theme. There is a bit of a learning curve to use the theme, but customer support is great and they can help with any questions you may have (thanks Alin!). Please be aware that for some of the features from the demo you need an additional paid plugin for WP Jobs Manager.

I was really pleased by the template when I first began building the sites. I have built 2.
All ran well for two years and then we suffered a crash. This was caused by differences between Pixelgrade and Mapbox and was none of my making. When I asked for customer support/help from Pixelgrade the team showed initial interest in helping but this was soon followed by whingeing emails that they were short staffed and stressed out.
I gave up and got Wordpress experts to help me out.
Rather sad really. Good product poor customer relations. I was perfectly willing to pay properly for support on an hourly rate.

I am really sorry to hear that. This is definitely not the kind of experience we want to provide for our customers, be sure about that. I checked all the discussions we’ve had in the past and I think there were some misunderstandings. In a recent theme update, we fixed the issues related to the Mapbox; see the full changelog.
However, I’m sorry that we didn’t manage to sort it out in a friendly and faster way.
I hope we’ll have the opportunity to prove that we can do it better, in the future, so don’t hesitate to reach us out whenever you need it.
