This is so far the worst customer service that I received here on themeforest.

My first question before purchasing this theme was below

“Want to change the url structure instead of your present one. For example your current structure is http://www.pixelgrade.com/listable/listings/paesan/, I want it to change like http://www.pixelgrade.com/paesan/. Is it possible?”

They replied

“Yes, you can do that.”

But after purchasing the theme, they said this is not possible. They wrote “This is not a part we control, this is the way that WordPress works.” Though my previous WordPress theme has that structure and support it.

We faced another problem that automatically include listing location name into the url structure which is definitely a theme issue, error. But still I did not get response. They just disappeared.

I have few more observation about this theme

– In most cases, this theme will redirect you to buy premium plugin to functioning each option. Most of this plugins are very costly.
– COMPARING OTHER LISTING THEME ON THEMEFOREST, THIS THEME HAS NOTHING MIRACLES THAT CAN WORTH OF $85. IT SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN $59.
– Very unfortunately, I am still using this theme because previously I have had similar type of experiences in importing bulk listing to that new theme and finally claimed and got refund. Now I don’t want to do this again. Feel very tired. Themeforest authority should have more close monitoring and trimming this type of service.

We’re sorry to see your experience with our customer service crew and Listable didn’t go very well.

The permalinks’ structure is something we’re able to control to a certain degree and mostly with the help of WPJM (link as WordPress standards only allow a bunch of changes.

When it comes to post-purchase questions, we encourage everyone to reach us via Pixelgrade Care in order to keep track of them.

Regarding theme functionality, as you know, Listable is at the most part, a plugin-based theme (as all the themes should be — best practice) in terms of functionality.

By compartmentalizing as much as possible, you are creating fewer headaches for yourself in the future. If you don’t need a certain aspect in your website the next time you update simply deactivate it. If you install a new theme, your Google Analytics code will still be output since it wasn’t tied directly to the theme. If a payment gateway is no longer a viable option for you simply deactivate it and install a new one. None of these would be nearly as simple if you had every aspect of your site based around and linked to your theme.

  • What will I need to use this theme?

    You will need your own domain and a web hosting with the current WordPress version installed. To make things easier for you, we recommend the Flywheel hosting company.

  • Can I customize the themes?

    Yes, all of our themes are licensed under GPL (like Word­Press itself), so you can cus­tomize them with no restric­tions. Feel free to adapt it to your own writing or business needs!

  • Do I need to purchase any plugins?

    This theme does not need premium plugins to configure it as showcased in the demo. Some plugins might require premium licenses for advanced features but that’s not a requirement.

  • Does this theme use a page builder?

    You should be able to run any page builder of your choice (Elementor, Divi, Visual Composer or others) with no problem. All this said we didn't use one when creating this theme.

  • Can I use the themes for client work?

    If it’s just one client, sure. If you’re a freelancer or a small agency that wants to create multiple websites for clients, you can pick the Themes Bundle plan and have unlimited access to all of our themes to build as many websites that you want.

  • What is your refund policy?
