I love the overall design with its simplicity. And thehe customer support is simply the best, getting perfect answers within 24hrs. One of the best Wordpress theme I have ever purchased.
The template looks very nice on desktop but is very plain and boring on smartphone. It’s just a list of thumbnails and there is no movement at all.
On top of that, the thumbnails look very blurry which becomes completely clear once you click it and moves to the actual article. I’ve emailed the customer service so many times about this issue asking how I could fix this, but they never replied.
They only replied my first enquiry about something else within the 7 days return period and since they were helpful I decided to keep it instead of returning it, however, after the period they completely stopped replying to my enquiry.
I feel tricked into this and I don’t recommend purchasing any of the templates from this company.
Gema is a beautiful theme that I discovered in Wordpress premium. It’s exactly the layout I envisioned for my site, and there’s literally no other theme like it. The choice was obvious.
I’ve gotten lots of compliments on my site–others agree this was the way to go.
I liked it so much that when I recently moved to third-party hosting with Wordpress.org, I officially bought a lifetime license to take Gema with me!
For my site, I had a specific look in mind and after checking several theme providers, Gema was the only option that came even close to it. After applying it to my site I still think this design is perfect and my post looks sooo pretty!
I really like the clean and simple look, although I wouldn’t mind some more modification options to the design (without needing CSS codes 😏). I must admit, being a complete WordPress-newbie I had to ask the customer service for advice every single day for the first week, but Alin was extremely helpful and always answered within one working day. So even if there were some things that were difficult for me, I didn’t feel left alone with it. Thank you, Alin! 😊

I bought this product because it was highly recommended by a blogger, an experienced professional blogger that has been building sites for years and made it seem like it was the best super easy user-friendly theme out there, it was not!! From the beginning after signing up and going into my WordPress site to download the theme, I already had a problem and had to wait for customer service to respond whenever, so I couldn’t even start working on my theme. I have had the theme installed for 1 month and one day and have had a total of 4 issues that I needed to contact support, that’s right, there is NO CHAT and NO 24/7 support. The turnaround time for response is up to 3 days. On top of that, every code and instruction they sent did not work. I cannot see my changes in real-time and today right after I received a response, I rushed as fast as I could to respond back so that I could get a response today and it’s 8 hours later with nothing. I could deal with all the issues if customer support were available but because it’s not I wasted my money on a horrible theme. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a theme, with 24-hour support, don’t waste your money here, because that’s the only thing that was fast and had no issues, my payment transaction.
Hi Liz. I am really sorry to hear that. This is definitely not the kind of experience we want to provide for our customers, be sure about that. I checked all the discussions we’ve had in the past, and I think there were some misunderstandings.
It’s good to know that we do not offer customer support assistance during the weekend. We are a small team that works hard, so we need time to rest and detach from work to fill our tanks.

I bought this theme because of the unique design and variety of features offered. I started with the free lite version which I loved so I purchased the premium. However, the premium version slightly altered the look of the logo/site title section and I couldn’t figure out how to change it back. I reached out to support and got a relatively quick response from Alin. He was able to figure out what I needed and fixed it in minutes. This company has friendly, expert customer service that goes along with perfectly designed themes.

I am still creating my website and knew little about Wordpress when I started but the team at Pixelgrade has been patient and helpful and have provided super-useful information and advice. They are friendly and professional, and genuinely willing to help. The Gema theme is fabulous, and makes all my content look beautiful. I still have quite a bit to learn but I’m getting there. I love the clean and bold design of my theme. It speaks to my personality and it’s perfect to use for my blog. The support team has been amazing to work with because everyone is professional, friendly and helpful. The only piece of feedback I have is to please shorten the support response time. It typically takes a week to resolve an issue. Otherwise, great product and team!
I really love Gema, because the design is very special and outstanding: especially the modern and clear structured design.
Unfortunately, there is no possibility to exchange the Jetpack Plugin, which is not compatible with the DSGVO in Germany. I really wish for a solution for the nice features not depending on this plugin.
