How to choose how many projects to display?

You can establish how many posts do you want to display in the archive’s page, and the same number is automatically applied to the projects’ archive. Go to WordPress Dashboard → Settings → Reading → Blog pages show at most section. Write down the number, and you’re done.

Currently, there’s no other particular option to set only the number of projects that you want to showcase on the archive’s page.
