Great overall and great customer service. It was super easy to install and begin customizing, despite me knowing nothing about WordPress. Really recommend this theme.

I really like the minimalistic, clean but confident design of Timber, because it helps our photos to take center stage. I wanted something simple, without a builder, and without too much baggage. So Timber seems to be a really good choice and I really hope to use it long-term.
However, as it doesn’t work with Gutenberg, I’m a bit worried about the long-term thing. When I asked about it, I was told “we’ll not let our themes to die, for sure, so we’ll adopt them.” So I’m counting on that.
I needed to make various smaller or bigger changes to the design and functionality of our website and I can truly say, that the customer support is very good and pleasant. The Pixelgrade team answers quickly (mostly within 24 hours)and really friendly and they gave me much helpful information so far. That’s definitely a major advantage for me.

I tried the free version first, but I wanted more options and then I tried the Timber Pro Version and now my website looks really professional. For me there are so much things I have to learn. When I can not find a solution, I just right to the customer service and they are very friendly and helpful.

The most downside is the poor documentation. Things are rarely explained and a lot of explanations are missing. There is also no Video documentation, that leads you through all available settings. Most of yr competitors have a much better documentation. In this field is lots of improvement needed

We’re aware there are themes like Timber where important details are missing, but that’s not going to be an issue anymore – it’s on our ToDo list already. I’m sorry you had to go through this, but please check back later to see major improvements in the theme’s docs. Hang tight!
I bought this theme because I fell in love with the design, it was perfect for how I wanted to showcase my work and there was hardly anything I wanted to change. Customer support was great too.

First time getting a template from pixelgrade, it’s been an amazing ride. Love how you can import test data at the start, to see how everything would behave. Changed it to my liking, and went live. Even the questions I had were answered quickly!

The theme is clean and modern, and I like it. But 5 stars are for a best customer service in particular mr A. (I don’t know if is possible to mention) for his rapid answer on my request and help me for a best customization (not so simple for not a newbie, but not so expert like me).

I really liked the design and functionality of Timber as a portfolio template for my work as a colorist. Being new to WP, it was a little complicated at times, but the support team at pixelgrade was always there to help work out any issues I encountered. Their customer service is impeccable!
