I purchased the theme as it hit the concept i had in my mind for a blog. It has a nice semi-cluttered homepage with a cluster feel and like a newspaper layout. Then the main blogs are super clean and easy to read. When i installed it i had a few minor bugs, none big enough to not launch the website but the support team was excellent in getting back and providing some custom code to fix the bugs.
I needed a traditional newspaper website base for my publication but I wanted something that would showcase the article photos, as well. I wanted it to offer a bit of an artistic flair to accompany the seriousness of the articles. The vision I had, I found in your Patch program. I also realized that I knew nothing about website development, other than copy & paste on Weebly. Andrei was so exceptionally helpful, and I am sure he spent more time on my website than anticipated, but I am so grateful that he did… it looks magnificent. I still have a few questions on customization, which I will forward on, but I have highly praised Pixelgrade to everyone I know. Your work is outstanding! Wishing you continued success.

Design layout and customization possibility. Great customer support – speed and promptness. Proper documentation of theme usage is also another contributing factor. Lastly, value for money especially the life plan for all themes.
I purchased the Patch theme because I was drawn to its unique design, which I had not come across before. I believed it would be a perfect fit for my specific needs. However, I do feel that there could be more options for customization, such as the ability to adjust the underline for links. The current underline style is excessively thick and can make it challenging to read the actual words at times.
Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the customer service. Over a period of 9 weeks, I reached out via email five times with different questions, but only received assistance once. On three other occasions, I received no response and on another I was simply instructed to refer to the documentation while they investigated the problem, yet I never received any further response. As a conscientious customer, I always make sure to exhaust all other resources, like reviewing the documentation and conducting online research, before contacting customer support for technical issues. However, even after undertaking these steps, I still faced the need to seek help.
Regrettably, I cannot currently recommend Pixelgrade based on my experience. This was my first time setting up a WordPress site and purchasing a theme, and I would caution beginners or intermediate WordPress users against choosing Pixelgrade. I do appreciate the attractive designs, but it is my hope that the issues concerning customization options and customer support will be addressed and improved upon in the future.
I love the way the Patch theme looks, its aesthetics were the main feature that drew me to the theme. In addition, the styling defaults are wonderful and immediately useful.
Must say, customer support is also excellent!

2-The customisation options are limited… I am used to Astra Theme.
3-Pixelgrade has some very nice Wordpress themes. They are a bit more expensive but worth it. Plus the support is good.

2. Some of the customization isn’t intuitive, and there are bugs with a popular host’s plugins, SiteGround, that have not appeared with any other theme I’ve tried.

I am very happy with the Patch WordPress theme I purchased. It was easy to setup and the design was simple and clean. The documentation info was very helpful as well.
The only thing I was looking for to fix was Mobility Usability issues with “Clickable elements too close together’. Still trying to work that out.

We really liked the design style of the mock & when I applied my aesthetic to it, it worked out very well.
The most difficult thing is applying the podcast section to the site…it’s weird and I don’t want to study to figure it out (illustration takes a lot of my time).
Pixelgrade? They’re designers for WordPress themes and they’re pretty good at that… so good in fact that I paid them a buncha of money for their template.
We do our best to keep prices at a decent level, despite the effort we put into creating and developing our products.

Initially what attracted me were the beautiful designs, it was a bit difficult to choose which theme to go for! Not only the design of the themes, but the design of the website, and the social media accounts. I also enjoyed reading some of the Pixelgrade blog posts, so I thought I’d try one of the themes. I had such a good experience with the first theme that I purchased, that later on I bought a second theme for another one of my blogs.
The whole experience of installing and configuring the themes is top notch. It’s very clean and professional. There a lots of options but it’s not overwhelming.
Yes, they are a bit expensive, but so far I have no regrets, and would have no hesitation in recommending PIxelgrade to anyone.
