I am unable to get in contact with ANYONE from Pixelgrade. It keeps routing me to generic help despite paying for a support license. When I attempt to get support through my wordpress dashboard it says I do not have a current license, which of course is not true. You say, “email them” – well I would, but there is no contact email available on the generic help page or my dashboard.

Hi guys, over a year ago I requested some crucial functionality; allowing listing owners to RESPOND to negative (or positive) reviews.

This kind of transparency is ESSENTIAL. It’s 2018…

When are you going to facilitate this???

Our users are getting absolutely annoyed that they have no way to respond to public reviews, and turn a negative experience into a potential positive one. We receive email after email, and need to play middleman on the backstage, dealing with both parties until we come to a solution (usually ending up with the review being removed).

When are you guys going to fix this issue?

We are aware there is room for improvements and new features in our theme, we’re always looking for that. However, It’s good to know that listing owners can reply reviews without any problem, only that their replies will not be highlighted as being from the listing owners. Their replies will look like any other review.

I’m sorry to see you consider that Listable theme deserves only one star because of that.

I’m pretty much a newbie with zero CSS knowledge and web design experience but I got my website up and running in just a short period of time thanks to Pixelgrade’s customer service. Be prepared to shell out for premium plug-ins if you want to maximize the feature of this listing but you won’t be disappointed because Listable has the functionality while looking elegant.

I was already really pleased with both the design and usability of the Listable theme, however I had a couple of minor issues which I couldn’t find the solution for myself. I e-mailed the customer support and directly received an answer by Radu with the right solutions for my problem (after this, I happily repeated this process three time 🙂 )

  • What will I need to use this theme?

    You will need your own domain and a web hosting with the current WordPress version installed. To make things easier for you, we recommend the Flywheel hosting company.

  • Can I customize the themes?

    Yes, all of our themes are licensed under GPL (like Word­Press itself), so you can cus­tomize them with no restric­tions. Feel free to adapt it to your own writing or business needs!

  • Do I need to purchase any plugins?

    This theme does not need premium plugins to configure it as showcased in the demo. Some plugins might require premium licenses for advanced features but that’s not a requirement.

  • Does this theme use a page builder?

    You should be able to run any page builder of your choice (Elementor, Divi, Visual Composer or others) with no problem. All this said we didn't use one when creating this theme.

  • Can I use the themes for client work?

    If it’s just one client, sure. If you’re a freelancer or a small agency that wants to create multiple websites for clients, you can pick the Themes Bundle plan and have unlimited access to all of our themes to build as many websites that you want.

  • What is your refund policy?
