Very happy to find this theme. One of the best I’ve worked with. Also a brilliant team behind them, they’ll figure out any trivial issue that would have taken you weeks to figure out, in hours. It’s a very well built and looked after theme.
After buying this theme and having it relatively dormant for about 2 years I had a problem … and the customer service team answered my questions and helped me resolve the issue. Can’t fault them and the problem was with Cloudflare in the end and not to do with the theme at all.

I used this theme for a while nearly 1 year, now need I need to expand there is no way to do it. Very limited layout, menus and look. Speed not very optimized for mobile, yet im using vulr. Just purchased 15zine, comparing the two I would give this 0.1 out of 10 and 15zine 10/10.
No featue updates ever, stale development and really basic.
10/10 for support, however its the product I’m paying for not support.

I’m glad to hear that Bucket theme fit you needs for a year. I guess that your those needs grow up over the time. As you may know described in your rating message, our theme has some options and the new theme that you mentioned has some different features, according to the new things you would like to do on your website.
It’s nice to see that you like our support but I don’t think that this theme deserves such a small rating. I understand that need now something more powerful (if I can call it like that) but Bucket has its own options and other themes have their own ones too. There’s no point in having all the themes with the same features on them, right?
Thanks once again for the trust in our theme and I hope it did his job as long as you had it on your website. I really hope that you’ll think again about the rating, though I don’t think that 1* is the real value of it 🙂
