Is Rosa free?
Yes. Rosa is a starter design included with the free Pixelgrade LT stack. Pixelgrade Plus is an optional paid upgrade for deeper controls, updates, and hands-on help.
What do I need to get started?
A self-hosted WordPress site and the free Pixelgrade LT stack. Choose this design during setup, then add your own content and identity.
Can I build the demo with the free stack?
You can start from Rosa and its essential layouts for free. Some advanced visual controls, premium assets, WooCommerce styling, and assisted support shown across Pixelgrade sites require Plus.
What does Pixelgrade Plus add?
Plus adds the full design system, advanced block controls, premium fonts and assets, WooCommerce styling, advanced filtering, three years of updates, and three Pixelgrade Credits for assisted support.
I already bought this theme. What changes for me?
Nothing about your ownership is removed. Existing purchases, downloads, subscriptions, and license access remain valid under their original terms; your account will identify them as legacy licenses.

I bought Rosa theme by Spab Rice for two of my clients and I am pretty satisfied with what I’ve received – perfect parallax effect, smooth animations, and pixel-perfect details. I’m using the ROSA theme and I really like it. It is very easy to use and the design is very elegant and clean. What I liked the most was the support that pixelgrade has. They take normally 1 day to answer and will help me with some customization that I may need, but not with everything like other companies do.

This theme worked fine when i first got it but the last update completely messed many things up on my website.
The main menu isn’t working and its been almost 28 hours without any support from their team.
By far the worst support team from any theme I have purchased on theme forest.

Regarding the comment below by George. At no point was I told this was going to be fixed, nor that there was indeed a solution. If you were intending to fix the issue, why not tell me rather than flat out telling me its a browser issue and you can’t help? If you had told me this, I wouldn’t have left negative review, and I wouldn’t have had a problem. When is the next update to be rolled out, please – this will save me having to commission a new site and I can inform buy customers who cannot view our menu, let alone book a table.
We don’t want to create false expectations and it was important to us that you understand the general level of websites compatibility with older browsers and it’s not something related to this theme. As for the update, it’s not scheduled yet but you can give me your ticket ID and we can give you a pre-release version.
