Is Rosa free?
Yes. Rosa is a starter design included with the free Pixelgrade LT stack. Pixelgrade Plus is an optional paid upgrade for deeper controls, updates, and hands-on help.
What do I need to get started?
A self-hosted WordPress site and the free Pixelgrade LT stack. Choose this design during setup, then add your own content and identity.
Can I build the demo with the free stack?
You can start from Rosa and its essential layouts for free. Some advanced visual controls, premium assets, WooCommerce styling, and assisted support shown across Pixelgrade sites require Plus.
What does Pixelgrade Plus add?
Plus adds the full design system, advanced block controls, premium fonts and assets, WooCommerce styling, advanced filtering, three years of updates, and three Pixelgrade Credits for assisted support.
I already bought this theme. What changes for me?
Nothing about your ownership is removed. Existing purchases, downloads, subscriptions, and license access remain valid under their original terms; your account will identify them as legacy licenses.

Good theme for restaurants, but we are missing picture inserts possibility from programmed menu.

the Worst customer support I ever had in my experience with WordPress Theme. I will not pay another dime in Pixelgrade theme, this is my 1st and the last one.

What you see is what get, and nothing more. It lacks the flexibility and customizability other themes (like Avada) offer. If you want to use nothing more than the demo then you’re fine. Also I thought changing the restaurant menu would be a no brainer with input fields of some sort so my clients could do it themselves without the risk of messing things up. It’s not.
I’m disappointed mainly because of the bad pice / options ratio.

The comparison between Rosa and Avada is not that accurate because our theme is a restaurant theme while Avada is a multi-purpose one. The main job of the second product is to give you a lot of options to create any type of website. Our theme is made to help you create a restaurant website by keeping things between some limits. Yes, there are a lot of new options that can be added or improved. It’s hard to have them all but we’re trying to improve our theme based our customer’s feedback (including yours, of course).

This theme is complex to work with and has many limitations. I was impressed with the parallax implementation but it has cross browser bugs and dependant on external javascript libraries.
Other than that the theme has a different way to do things and not very standard
