I’ve never made my own site before and found it quite overwhelming, choosing a theme, a provider, Wordpress, everything was new and a bit scary maybe also. I found Rosa 2 a real eye-catcher right away, and didn’t hesitate for a second when I came across this template. I knew I wanted a small change, namely my logo and menu items in a bar above the full width picture, not in the picture itself. That needed some specially made css codes, never heard of those before 🙂 The guys from Pixelgrade were kind enough to help me with that. The site is almost finished, just a little adjustment on the translation flags, but I’m already more than satisfied.

Very Good Designed Wordpress Template with a really fantastic Support. Normally you would expect that from a dedicated Internet-Agency (but often don´t get it) where you pay thousands of dollars… here you get it for just a “handful of dollars”. This is my first experience as a rookie web designer, working for a decoration shop, a coffee house, and a restaurant in the same place. Hence I was looking for a theme able to meet all the, sometimes contradictory, requirements for magnifying such an unusual site. In other words, shall I choose a shop-oriented theme or a restaurant-oriented one? Looking at a couple of web sites around, I found the Rosa theme was pretty nice. And some clicks later, it turned out that Pixelgrade is providing the Rosa2 theme, specially arranged for restaurants, but keeping most of the Rosa flavor. Let’s have a try! Now, I shall say that it was not so easy to handle properly all the details available in this theme (probably, because I was experiencing most of WordPress, Gutenberg, and other plugins for the first time). For instance, I was puzzled for a long time by the vanishing header bar when scrolling down the page. Fortunately, Pixelgrade assistance (Alin) was almost always responsive and helpful. At the end of the day, I’m quite satisfied with the current design of the web site. I will certainly test some of the new features recently introduced in the Rosa theme.

We bought this theme to update an old customer’s website, and the theme was really easy to use, and it only took a couple of days to get the whole site ready.
The downside was figuring out how to upgrade from the old theme, and we ended up just rebuilding from zero. This is a very nice theme, with a lot of options and easy to setup.

I really wanted to use Rosa 2 because I loved the way it looked like, the first time I saw it, not knowing yet what’s it like to work with it. I just knew that it was perfect for the website I wanted to create for my small business. And it turned out that it’s really user friendly, loved working with it.
Only downside is that it has a lot of cool features 🙂 at first glance, you’d be tempted to use all of them. So, this was a bit tricky for me, to settle for something simple and beautiful, easy to navigate through.
If I were to describe it to a friend, I’d say that it’s one of the most customisable themes out there. It’s smooth and clean, it helps create a story. I’d say go for it.
And, last but not least, big thumbs up for the team that I had the chance to work with. Thank you very much!
