I am disappointed in the amount of bugs I have found throughout your themes. I have purchased all of your themes, to maximize my web potential, but have found that I may only use some of them for particular features. Pile, your leading theme, for instance, has numerous issues with how the theme appears on different devices. Surface-level bugs are simply disappointing to find so easily in themes I payed so well for. I figured I would be investing in premium, stable, functional, and customizable themes, but have been somewhat disappointed in my experience. The themes look great, but gets lost when obvious bugs make them look sketchy. I would gladly report these issues, but haven’t found an easy way to show exactly what’s happening, so have simply considered those ambitions lost.

However, I’m a bit confused because you decided to write about your overall experience with Pixelgrade on this specific product review for the Rosa2 theme. I like to consider the experience with this particular theme is better. However, whenever you believe that some help might be great, you can rely on us.
Simplicity. Professional Design. Good Responsive. Value Money. Excellent support.
Some improvements: The pages include a lot of code which are not used and this slowdown the loading pages. Keep in touch with your customers about features improvement or new features.

I had started with the free version Rosa Lite which I had found via WordPress. I loved it and received amazing and immediate customer support from Pixelgrade, even though it was free. I have never had that experience before.
The level of customer support made me want to check out Pixelgrade’s other sites more! When I saw the Rosa 2, it seemed well worth the price to upgrade, have even more features/menus, etc., and I’ve been so happy with the decision. This is by far the easiest website I’ve ever tried to build.
Though my business isn’t a restaurant or cafe, Rosa 2 is gorgeous and is fantastic for my retail plant nursery and container design business. I still have more work to do on my site, but everyone who has seen it gushes about how beautiful and easy it is to navigate desktop and mobile.
And customer support? I didn’t know customer support like this existed! Fast and extremely helpful.

I wanted to customize the mobile menu navigation but didn’t see an option for it through the theme.
So I contacted Alex from pixelgrade. He was able to provide me with a work around using “Additional CSS” option where he provided me the code and just simply copy and pasted.

After many weeks of trying different themes and page builders, I still didn’t find something I could settle with to start working in peace. I was very frustrated that instead of working on my products and business, I was stuck with designing my website.
A friend suggested I try Pixelgrade, and I was like ”Oh, ok. Here we go again.” So, I gave them a buzz and instead of being spammed with products (like I was used to from other organisations), they asked me what was my purpose and even provided me a questionnaire to better understand my needs, how they could help me to start collaborating.
After using their suggested theme, I realised how important it is to have that human approach and genuine understanding because it was exactly what I needed.
The theme is super easy to use and very nicely crafted. And because I had informed them that I was a beginner, they supplied video and info regarding how to use and polish the theme for my vision.
I am also hooked on the articles from their website because they’ve managed to build and be a part of a community. They address real issues a theme editor/creator may face giving valuable advice. I definitely recommend it!

The handling of the Gutenberg blocks is still not so great IMHO. Toghether with your blocks, it was sometimes hard to achieve the layout I wanted. But this is only a minor point, overall the theme is great.
There are downsides, too, when depending on 3rd party agents. We do our best to make as smooth and nice as possible the experience of handing the WordPress Gutenberg blocks and this is why we created our own collection of blocks, packed in the Nova Blocks plugin. However, I’m happy to see your awesome site created with Rosa2 and I hope you’re at least as happy as I am. 🙂
I’m a photographer & graphic designer, and I was looking to start my food blog with my photography and inspiration recipe because I have never learned web design and WordPress, I heard just in the background. I had huge respect for how I could make my website by myself look professional. I spend a lot of time researching, and then I came up with your website. I bought the Rosa2 theme (perfect for my style).
Furthermore, I am really happy about this decision. It was so easy to install and configure my website with no knowledge about web design.

Overall it’s OK. The design is nice, the design customization tool is good, there are enough free plugins to start with and decide which is good to buy.
Here are some issues. It seems to be very slow the page load time of the admin side as well as the live site! Comparing to the other websites that are installed on the live server I use. I have difficulties resizing columns in blocks – it doesn’t always work.
These are some initial impressions.

Per our private discussion, I noticed a few things that might be improved on your site, in order to make it faster, especially by optimizing the images (now they are too big for the web). I hope you did that already, in order to make your site much faster. As for the theme itself — there’s always room for improvements, and we’re constantly trying to do that with all our themes, including Rosa2.
1. Actually I had to upgrade from Rosa1, but I was confused and purchased this theme instead.
2. It’s not compatible with Rosa1 , but we found out later that was a completely different theme.
3. If you need to refresh your website, use Rosa 2.

The clean design is what drove my decision to purchase Rosa2. Also, the overwhelmingly positive reviews of Rosa1. The design seemed to fit the aesthetic of the restaurant for whom I am building the website. Even though I’ve never built a website before, the customization has been pretty intuitive, and I’m getting the hang of the Nova blocks. I’m almost finished the site and it looks great. My client is extremely impressed with what he has seen so far. We look forward to launching it next week. I’m looking forward to hearing the feedback that his guests give him.
Only downside is that the image and slider sizing seems a little glitchy. Beyond that, everything seems to operate smoothly.
I would simply describe Rosa2 as a beautifully designed restaurant theme that is easy to customize (even for a newb!) and seems well-supported. Any restaurant can have a clean, modern looking website provided they are willing to hire a professional photographer to maximize the theme’s visual impact.
