If you are on this page, it already means that you’ve encountered some issues with the Demo Data Import.
The most common problem is the timeout issue which is caused by a low-value set to the upload_max_file_size and post_max_size directives.
Here’s what you’ll have to do in case that you have access to the php.ini file:
Find this line in the php.ini file “upload_max_filesize = 2M” (or other value) and replace it with a higher value (e.g. “upload_max_filesize = 64M”). You may also want to increase your max post size. Look for this line in your php.ini file “post_max_size” and increase it as well.
Troubleshooting: There is even a plugin that you can use in order to fix this.
In case that you don’t have access to the php.ini file (which in most of the cases, it happens), you may want to ask your hosting in order to get this job done.
