Is Rosa free?
Yes. Rosa is a starter design included with the free Pixelgrade LT stack. Pixelgrade Plus is an optional paid upgrade for deeper controls, updates, and hands-on help.
What do I need to get started?
A self-hosted WordPress site and the free Pixelgrade LT stack. Choose this design during setup, then add your own content and identity.
Can I build the demo with the free stack?
You can start from Rosa and its essential layouts for free. Some advanced visual controls, premium assets, WooCommerce styling, and assisted support shown across Pixelgrade sites require Plus.
What does Pixelgrade Plus add?
Plus adds the full design system, advanced block controls, premium fonts and assets, WooCommerce styling, advanced filtering, three years of updates, and three Pixelgrade Credits for assisted support.
I already bought this theme. What changes for me?
Nothing about your ownership is removed. Existing purchases, downloads, subscriptions, and license access remain valid under their original terms; your account will identify them as legacy licenses.
Can I use it for client work?
Yes. The free stack is GPL-licensed. Pixelgrade Plus is licensed per active site; Plus Studio covers up to five active sites for freelancers and repeat builders.

Design is good, suitable to what i need. The most painful is after i edit in visual editor sometimes “ ” appear in the text editor which adding spaces, sometimes not only one but several  ’s.
I had dabbled with WordPress on another business venture before the really high pressure, must not put a foot wrong, website for my wife’s restaurant.
It was an easy pick among the site vendors because I had a little experience already but I have to say, honestly, that I was taken aback at how professional the results look when considering my lack of experience. That’s thanks to the team at Pixelgrade who supported me and reassured me for many minutes.
A regular loyal customer of our business asked if I’d done the hard work myself simply because of the ‘web design by’ tag (which he’d guessed already). He then went on to tell me it looked really professional and slick before closing with ‘maybe you could have asked me since that’s my profession’!
Need a better recommendation? The Pixelgrade customer support team excel at getting on the client’s level and coaxing great results by intuitive questions and suggestions. They thoroughly know, understand and support their product like few other vendors in my experience.

Brutal post-purchase support. The support package I bought included loading the app to my client’s GoDaddy server. Pixelgrade support installed the software on the wrong server! The theme is a complete waste of money as we are unable to use it and cannot get further support. Extremely disappointed!!!!
The support team is very responsive and helpful. Alex was especially wonderful at helping me add the customizations I needed to update the theme to be on brand. I would recommend investing in the 6 months of support because the color and font customizations are not as intuitive as some other themes.

I bought the product because of its solid design quality. It looked very design-oriented in its customization approach. The whole experience has been great from the installation to customization. I love the extra care in details like showcasing all shortcodes. A lot of templates have shortcodes but we don’t know which one is available and where to find them.
Downsides are mainly from my less than perfect handling of WordPress rather than the template itself.
I wish I knew about Pixelgrade website. I might have decided to buy the license instead of a 1-time install from Market place.
Please start doing stuff for Shopify and Prestashop too!!! 🙂

— Design and speed.
#2. Which downsides are the most painful ones?
— Manual editing of recipes. There is no visual editor, I introduced in the text, for me it is not the problem, but those who will work on the site in the future are unprofessional and a visual editor would have helped a lot. But the speed of the theme is very good, that’s remarkable.

I required customer support and their tech Alin was very quick to reply, when I notified him about my problem, he didn’t respond, I have been waiting and waiting for a reply from them, every email and ticket I send in I get no reply. Super frustrating… I need to resolve my issue and no one from Pixelgrade will assist… Super disappointed at the moment.
Further… The above issue was caused by an email glitch, once we realized this the customer service experience was great – Alin logged into my website at midnight his time just to fix the issue, it was amazing, how fast and proficient he was, ALWAYS coming back to these guys!
Now that my email issue is good I can count on the team to provide speedy support!
