Pixelgrade offer a great range of themes that are all incredibly aesthetic and the UX is amazing.
As I am quite new to website building, the ease of use is definitely a huge bonus for me, and the level of customisation is outstanding.
I’ve had some issues with the most recent update, as my theme didn’t automatically update and had to manually solve the issue. The customer service team got back to me fairly quickly and managed to help me out with some useful links. I could’ve done with a more detailed breakdown of certain processes but in the end it all worked out just fine. Happy with the product.
Very nice clean template. I really like the clean, simple design. It looks bombastic on the smartphone. The support is very friendly and fast. If pixelgrade has a suitable template for a customer order, I will always buy it there. Thanks for your creative work.

I bought this product after updates made the original Rosa website have strange fonts.
However, Rosa2 was much easier to work with and looks really professional for only a few hours of my work.

Great looking theme helped me to decide to buy Rosa2. After I saw the examples on your website, I purchased it.
There is a learning curve in understanding how the different sections come together. Very fast to get something up and running but takes a little time to make it reach a level of uniqueness.
Great customer service and a company that knows how to design quality templates. I’ve used other templates but definitely the Pixelgrade themes have much more thought built into them.

1. It’s a superb design!
2. Fonto plugin was buggy plus several other minor bugs.

This theme was recommended by WP Marmite, a French WP blogger and It’s the right solution for my friend’s restaurant website.
But it’s made for English websites with English features. I can’t fill correctly the Open Hour widget because it doesn’t understand French week names (try to replace English names with Lundi, Mardi, Mercredi, Jeudi, Vendredi, Samedi and Dimanche !).
It’s quite OK for the rest of the features.

The choice of the theme was made by my client, the brand owner. I approved the choice and when I installed the theme I found it easily accessible.
I would like it to be a little less locked, but I understand why. As I understand code, I easily change the characteristics I want in CSS, for a lay person on the subject it will be impossible …
I can give an example: give more options in the construction of the menu area, be able to reduce the font that is specified there, among others .
The conflict I had was between the theme and the new version of WordPress and was quickly resolved by Allin who was available to help and solve the problem. Thank you for that.
