The theme itself works very well and has enough documentation to make sure that you can configure it to your liking! I found the installation and use of their plugins quick to learn and use!

The best thing about this theme is the support team that is always available to help with the issues that you may encounter while preparing the theme.

We’ve used the Listable theme in the relaunch of our website. We were looking for a Wordpress theme that allowed listing agents to connect with interested visitors directly without the need for a middle manager. We’ve spent about 5 months beta testing and operating the theme along with a number of recommended plugins.

The results have been amazing for the initial investment. Functionality has been mostly smooth and when an issue has risen, we’ve been able to contact support or message boards for clarity or an update. We are a non-profit organization on a tight budget and we’ve managed to implement a high quality, high performance, good looking site with only a moderate financial investment. It’s nice that they are continuing to upgrade and service the theme, as many leave you in a lurch after purchase. Would recommend to anyone looking for performance on a budget.

It looks like Listable has been on life support for the past two years, and that they have poured their resources exclusively into customer/forum support, and into developing new themes – not maintaining those they are still selling like Listable.

I truly don’t expect much from Listable in terms of improvement. That’s too bad, because they had a great theme here, that could have continue to evolve over time. For the past two years, Listable’s TWO updates have been limited to addressing tiny compatibility issues, and not providing answers to real problems (I’m not even asking for new features here, just solutions to problems that have existed since they released their theme).

Pixelgrade just threw the towel when they realised that they could not compete against the likes of Listify, Jobify, or MyListing. Considering the after sale service They have provided with Listable, I’m definitely not going to purchase anything again from Pixelgrade in the future, nor will I recommend it.

I’m really sorry to hear that. I agree with you and we all know that the biggest room in the world is the room for improvement. We’re striving to provide the best experience to our customers and we know that we don’t do that every single time, but we aim to do it. Specifically, about the recent issues related to the WP Job Manager plugin — there were two releases, we strived to keep the pace and fix the issues raised. In the mean time, it’s good to know that Listable is just one of our themes, we have to take care of all of them and this is why instant updates are nearly impossible. For instance, for Listable the next update is scheduled for the end of March and I really hope will not be too late for you.

  • What will I need to use this theme?

    You will need your own domain and a web hosting with the current WordPress version installed. To make things easier for you, we recommend the Flywheel hosting company.

  • Can I customize the themes?

    Yes, all of our themes are licensed under GPL (like Word­Press itself), so you can cus­tomize them with no restric­tions. Feel free to adapt it to your own writing or business needs!

  • Do I need to purchase any plugins?

    This theme does not need premium plugins to configure it as showcased in the demo. Some plugins might require premium licenses for advanced features but that’s not a requirement.

  • Does this theme use a page builder?

    You should be able to run any page builder of your choice (Elementor, Divi, Visual Composer or others) with no problem. All this said we didn't use one when creating this theme.

  • Can I use the themes for client work?

    If it’s just one client, sure. If you’re a freelancer or a small agency that wants to create multiple websites for clients, you can pick the Themes Bundle plan and have unlimited access to all of our themes to build as many websites that you want.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Although we don’t think you’ll ever want a refund, our goal is always to be fair and reasonable. The refund policy is not any different: we offer a 14–days no‐risk money back guarantee on all of our themes. No questions asked!
